Recording all correspondence from outside the institution via Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
To take the necessary measures to prevent any malfunctions in the document registration and dispatch processes and to report the problems that arise in the EDMS instantly to the Department of Information Technologies.
To ensure that the letters with content of invitation, etc. which were sent directly on behalf of the person by fax or mail are delivered to the relevant people without being recorded.
To process the petitions submitted to the Rector’s Office and the General Secretariat and to send them to the relevant unit.
To submit external correspondence requests from academic and administrative units to the approval of the Senior Management and to establish the necessary procedures.
As the Registered Electronic Mail (REM) responsible of our university, to ensure that the sending and receiving of messages over REM are carried out without interruption.
To receive and send incoming documents/mails to be sent from the units of the Rectorate.
