Initial Enrollment Procedures

2025–2026 Academic Year

Students who have been granted the right to enroll must complete their registration either online via the e-Government portal or in person at the University within the announced dates. (Students over 18 who cannot attend in person may have a representative register on their behalf with a notarized power of attorney.)

Those who do not meet the required conditions or fail to complete their registration on time will lose their right to enroll. If it is later discovered that a student did not meet the requirements—or no longer does—the registration will be canceled, even if it has already been completed. No physical documents are required for registration.

Registration via e-Government Portal

Students who wish to register online should:

  1. Obtain an e-Government password from the nearest PTT branch.
  2. Log in to the Turkish Republic Identity Verification System at https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/.
  3. Between September 1–3, 2025, select “University E-Registration” under the “Council of Higher Education” section in “e-Services” and complete the process.

✅ Students who complete electronic registration do not need to come to the University again.
✅ Throughout their studies, students can obtain official Student Certificates directly through the e-Government portal using their password.

In-Person Registration

Students who cannot register online must apply to the Student Affairs Office in person on September 4–5, 2025.

📌 Again, no physical documents are required for registration (except for those who graduated in 2008 or earlier, who must bring their high school diploma).

Students Who Have Not Yet Graduated

Candidates who have earned the right to enroll but have not yet officially graduated from high school (and will take makeup or single-subject exams) must apply in person between September 1–5, 2025 for provisional registration.

  • Candidates who do not apply within these dates will not be able to register later.
  • Provisional registrations will only be finalized if students submit proof of graduation by December 31, 2025.
  • Students from Open High Schools who have been placed in a higher education program must provide proof of graduation by January 31, 2026.
  • Those who fail to provide these documents by the deadlines will have their provisional registrations canceled.
